Guarantee for performed procedures!

Each patient who will undergo dental services in our clinic is entitled to a 1.5-YEAR warranty. We guarantee our patients the highest efficiency of our work when the following conditions are met:

  1. at the first visit, the doctor will examine the condition of the teeth, oral hygiene indicators and inform the patient about the results of the check. If prior to any surgery it is necessary to perform scaling (removal of tartar and tartar deposits), improve hygiene and properly prepare the teeth for further actions, the patient will be informed about this and asked for consent for appropriate treatment. Therefore, the procedure may be postponed until the API (hygiene index) is less than 35%.
  2. if the patient wishes to undergo any procedure at the first visit, despite the fact that the doctor indicates improper hygiene and the need for scaling, the procedure can be carried out, but the warranty will be granted only for 6 months (i.e. until the date of the next visit related to the inspection of hygiene and quality of work performed ). Then, depending on the state of hygiene, the warranty may be extended or not.
  3. the patient undertakes to strictly follow the doctor's instructions and to make paid: scales every 6 months, follow-up visits to the attending physician every 12 months (tolerance up to 1 month),
  4. if the patient fails to comply with the abovementioned arrangements, he will void the warranty.

Due to the epidemiological situation, from March 30, 2020,
we work in an exceptional mode in the office and accept patients 
pain and in need of immediate help.

To ensure the safest conditions of your visit, we have taken the following actions:

  • Medical personnel wear disposable personal protective equipment (mask, apron, cap, shoe covers) for each patient.
  • After each visit, the office is sanitized (disinfectants and UV lamp) and ventilated.
  • There can only be one person in the office. Accompanying persons are asked to stay in the car or outside the building. In the event of children being accepted, one parent or legal guardian may be found in the office with the child.
  • Patient registration is only by phone - 662 337 307 or 692 360 944. Initial epidemiological risk assessment is taking place during this registration.
  • Only appointments can be admitted to the office.
  • After reaching the destination, please wait in the car - when the office is ready, we will call you.
  • If you have had contact with an infected person, please cancel your visit.
  • At the beginning of your visit, you will be asked to wash and disinfect your hands and complete a survey. For personal items (wallet, telephone, glasses, purse etc.) you will get a disposable purse in which you will take the items with you.
